Personality & Leadership Learning
Most education institutes focus on the “A” and “B” aspects of education. They teach students a particular set of skills or specific knowledge bases so that they may succeed in school subjects or achieve future career ambitions.

EGG’s education philosophy is unique in that we focus on individual student’s character development, in addition to strengthening and developing a student’s literacies and livelihood learning.

We believe education is not a “one-size- fits-all” solution but instead requires careful incubation of dreams and personalities. Without the third piece, the first two goals are meaningless. A student could be the best student in the class or have the all the medical knowledge in the world, but if the third piece of compassion, cooperation, and creativity in their character lacks, we believe it will be difficult to achieve success. So at EGG, we try to focus on this type of learning as well.

EGG helps high-achieving high school students succeed in the college admissions and life’s mission process.
